Lori is currently playing in "Elements of Jazz   ",   a jazz combo and "The Sounds of Dreams", a big band, music directing at Brownstown Presbyterian Church where she plays piano, keyboard and full pedal organ, blended worship style. Lori has been playing piano since the age of 7. She studied voice and piano at Indiana University, Jacobs School of Music.  During her education, Lori has had a series of concerts as a soloist/pianist and soloist for the Cole Porter Centennial Celebration with the Singing Hoosiers. Being a classically educated musician with a solid understanding of music theory and history, Lori has developed her interests in other styles such as: The Great American Songbook, pop, rock, R&B, country, jazz, and gospel. Creating her own music arrangements, whether she plays your favorite selection: pop, musical theatre, jazz standard, or classical, Lori puts her own touch into it. Combined with her personality and style, she delivers to the audience in a unique and memorable way, giving an outstanding performance.
